This will help figure out anything timeline wise because Beckett is not clone Beckett, there is no Torren, Cadman is on Atlantis, the Athosians never got kidnapped and Weir is head of Atlantis.

Happened Differently:
Sunday happened differently, The end of First Strike happened differently, Lifeline either didn't happened or it happened differently, Teyla stuff from Spoils of War and Quarantine happened differently
